SAVE A MATE
-STRENGTH THROUGH MATESHIP-
There comes a time in everyone's life when we are in need of that extra hand. When it would be nice if there was someone out there to listen to your qualms. There are also times when you are needed to listen to someone else's. make it a good day, make someone else's day a good day and listen to them.
being a 'Mate' to someone else isn't hard, give it a go. listen to someone else's story, you may just learn something for your own good. or you may just be the reason for someone else to think in other directions.
and lets enjoy this funny thing called life together.
Save A Mate.
As some of you may know, Save A Mate has been majority self funded via my current role with in construction. Save A Mate has run out of a solid passion to see change in the way we view and interact with those in our own communities.
I feel it is making a positive impact on those who have followed via social media and also those within the communities i have passed through.
2018 is marking the 10 year anniversary of loosing a mate and also the moment when a sadness and loss was swapped with a proactive and meaningful approach to dealing with his passing.
I have been fortunate to have a wife who is reasonably cool with our finances being put into spreading the 'Mateship web' but it is time to be realistic with it and to ask those who appreciate the works done if you would be able to donate to the future of Save A Mate.
the 'future' is: Saveamate2018 mateship ride, development of Save A Mate workplace training programs and Safe-talk suicide prevention training to enable Save A Mate to maintain its hands on approach but host a registered training program for workplaces and communities.
Save A Mate 2018 locations are as follows.

2017 has been a fast paced year!
and thankfully 2017 will see a faster paced and more adventurous bike for the October 10th Mateship ride maintaining the small profile tho.
Introducing the 2016 Honda Grom.
this year will see the small bike pushed over 3000k of as much off road conditions as possible whilst still stopping in a number of rural towns highlighting the importance of Mateship.
